Billy`s BBQ in Las Vegas

I'm not a big pork person but they're pulled pork is really good here. The sausage is only okay I don't think it's really spicy or has too much flavor in it. Some things they have are good and some things are okay. I've been to a lot of barbecue places in town and this is one that I do visit sometimes

So good! Love me some burnt ends. Same great food as their original location. Ribs, chicken, brisket, pork, hot links are always up always so juicy and flavorful. The smoked meatloaf and loaded mashed potatoes are usually my go to. If you are looking for some good cue, check this place out

Had the hot links and chicken. Hot links were really good, Chicken was dry and a bit disappointing but the staff was so friendly and accommodating that I would definitely come back and try something else next time. The lady with a long dark pony tail working the register definitely understands hospitality, she made me feel welcome and I saw her being this way with other guests as well besides me. Right before I left, another lady with dark hair and a shorter ponytail noticed I didn’t eat my chicken and tried her best to get me a new order but I was already full and honestly I was perfectly happy. The awesome service experience more than made up for the chicken. Good job ladies! 👏

The food was awesome but the service was unorganized and one of the girls in the front was very rude no customer service etiquette at all!!! Maybe they should consider in retraining them or rehire I wouldn’t recommend it due the horrible service!

Great barbecue. Service is amazing.

I ordered take out. It said I could pick up in 20 minutes, and when I arrived to pick up they informed me it would be another 45 minutes. I was thinking I'd be getting some very fresh food! NOPE. The 5 meat combo + 3 sides... Chicken, hot links, ribs were all so incredibly dry it was basically inedible. They messed up my order too. Everything was COLD. Waffle fries were soggy. Green beans were just cooked with salt and pepper, nothing to write home about. For the price of everything I truly expected a great experience. I live less than 5 minutes from this establishment so there was no way it could have gotten that cold from the time I left the restaurant to getting it home. SO underwhelmed and a complete waste of 40$

Finding great barbecue is like finding a great movie on Netflix, you spend so much time searching through a sea of junk for that one thing that'll nail the craving that had you looking in the first place.Rolling Smoke was like going to Netflix for a comedy and seeing Caddyshack right at the top of the list, this place was incredible and that outlaw burger has still not escaped my brain. All the toppings plus that sweet and tangy sauce, the next time I'm in Vegas I swear on this post that I'll stop here in Paradise before hitting the strip so I can eat this burger because what on the strip can top this experience?Dallas has the Pecan Lodge, Nashville has Martin's, Austin has Franklin's, Las Vegas and Nevada in general should herald Rolling Smoke as its flagship barbecue joint.

This is an amazing restaurant that truly cares about our city and the people. Im a newly single mother of 6 and to lighten my load they offered us dinner on the house. Not only are they compassionate but they also have amazing food. Their sauces are so good. The mac and cheese tastes better than gourmet mac and cheese ive had. Their pulled pork and chicken is amazing. And the corn nuggets were so dang good my kids are already wanting us to go just for them. Thank you rollin smoke BBQ for the meal and the great food. Your act of kindness means more than you know.

Outstanding food. The meatloaf was featured in food Network and is definitely worth a trip. It's a large portion and I think wrapped in bacon. Served with Mash potatoes and onion strings. The service was good and the place has a nice ambiance.

Delicious, and hearty portions. Tons of sauces if varying intensity. Brought a large group, and everyone loved it!

Rolling Smoke BBQ...has the best brisket I've had in quite some time. You can tell they took their time with the meat..smoking it..turning it, seasoning it! Yum. 1 Sputnik( a stuffed baked potatoe bursting open with green onion cheese beef brisket) and a 3 meat brisket combo with macncheese please and thank you! Oh..and counter girl's customer service was top-notch! You gotta try em folks!!!

I don't do reviews but had to this time just to say how delicious the brisket I just ordered from here was. This was my first time ordering from this Rollin Smoke location. No lie, I've eaten BBQ all over the country in my 50 years and I honestly have to say it was the best brisket I've ever had in my life. Perfectly smoked, very tender and bold course seasoning. I am stunned at how bomb it was.

Ate the outlaw burger... Also brought home several dishes to try throughout the next couple days.... I have grown up around BBQ, I have been working the grill and smoker since I was five.... I originally thought there was no good BBQ in Las Vegas.... Didn't think these people knew what they were doing.. I take that back!! Rollin smoke is legit 👌🔥... Just how I was taught to do it and just how i expect BBQ to be... These guys really know what they're doing... Trust me I've been doing this for over 30 years..... If I don't eat it at home I'm going to Rollin smoke!!!

Not often I go for BBQ, but the delicious aroma drew me in and it was all over from there. Had the sliced brisket sandwich, not chopped, so it was lean and juicy. Great food, simple southern atmosphere with an amazing selection of bbq style sauces.

One of the better local BBQ joints. Always fresh and service is always on point. It is always busy. If you are patient a table will open up pretty fast. The food is always quick to get to the table.

Thoroughly disappointed. We just finished dinner. I might leave a review once every 10 years and felt this was warranted. Ordered online for take out. Ribs and brisket overcooked and dry. Didn't weigh the brisket but it felt like it was less than the 1 lb ordered especially when compared to the other 1lb meats ordered. Pulled pork was average at best. Large piece of fatty crust with pork. 60-70% fat. It was a piece you would never serve to your family or your guests. Too much money for sub par BBQ. My kids wanted Dickey's BBQ and I wish we would have made that choice.

I was born and raised in BBQ capital of the world and (kansas city) a d now i live in vegas. This has to be the best BBQ out side of kc! Great food look forward to many more trips!

Everything besides the BBQ was good. The ribs were what I would best describe as "undercooked".Maybe I have a different standard. When I picked up the rib I saw juice come from the meat. These ribs are definitely not fall off the bone tender.Sorry to say because I love BBQ, but my wife and I we will not be returning to this place.

Love it there food is Great. Took my supervisor and she love it.

Got the seafood combo and while the food was good, the portion size was horrible. The catfish was the size of my pinky. Surprised they counted that as 1 piece.

I was happy to try a new bbq spot sadly i was kind of disappointed. I tried the five combo the chicken and ribs were very dry and the meat on the ribs was a sad amount. The hot links were good the brisket and pork were hella greasy no in between there. I almost went with the full rack which im glad i didn't. The mac and cheese, loaded mash potatoes, and corn bread were all good. Kind of pricey for good sides and not so good meats. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ April 2020

Definitely love me a bunch of sauce so this was a good place for dipping. Really like the vinegar, spicy, and the mustard based flavor bbq sauce. The Waffle fries where super good!!! The onion straws where nice as well.

This is a small cozy place. Seating is limited and every seat was filled at lunch time!! Grab your soft drinks, sit for a bit and and someone brings your food out to you. Beef brisket was very flavorful, the baked beans was a nice touch on the spud!

Quite good BBQ. Large portions for meats, sides are a little small. Pulled pork was more chopped with no fat - perfect. Decent prices compared to others in town. Chicken was a little dry. Sauces good.

Good flavor, as an all you can eat experience I personally do not recommend the all you can eat because they take a while to bring the food out to you (not counting the time you still have to get in line to reorder your next dish) and some food comes out cold and the other part hot. They only gave me 1 dessert because that is all you're allowed (I thought it was all you can eat)Don't be fooled by there all you can eat, is not worth it. You are better off ordering from their menu.

Great food went there for a bday meal

This is a great little place to go for some good smoked BBQ. They also have a all you can eat from anything on the menu @ $32. Great service and very clean place.

The brisket is the best thing on the menu and hard to beat!

Stopped by on a buddy's recommendation and was quite impressed. Fast, friendly service and the food was super tasty! I'll definitely be returning.

Staying in Vegas but came out here because it was so well reviewed and the downtown location is closed Sunday. The barbeque was phenomenal and service was quick and friendly. Two of us had the BBQ Smoked Salad which was large and piled high with pulled pork (or meat of choice) and used the different barbeque sauces for dressing. The Sweet Country Girl was our favorite. Two had the Duo with Brisket and Pork, both with a side of Mac, which they raved about. Another had the Smoked Meatloaf which he said was absolutely delicious. Cornbread was another table favorite. Melts in your mouth. Highly recommend visiting Rollin Smoke!

Amazing St.Louis Ribs with great amount of meat and sauce, Beef ribs are fall off the bone but some are very fatty, Brisket is divine with great texture and taste, Chicken has great flavor, Banana pudding is like a banana cream pie with nilla wafers 10/10 on that one, corn nuggets are immaculate and coleslaw is a great compliment to the BBQ, house sauce has a nice tangy flavor and the spicy sauce is spicy but not overwhelming. Anything you get will be great!

Great food. Great service.If you haven't been to a Rollin Smoke you need to. Glad to find their second location is closer to home and equally good food as their first. The seating area is very clean, the bench is comfortable for those wanting a padded seat. I sat on a metal chair and it felt like the chairs at their first location, no issue for me personally.They have a TV with sports on and the decorations around the dining room is very similar to their first location; however, it does feel a lot brighter and cleaner with the lament floor and floor to ceiling windows.Parking is plenty and finding it was easy. Overall, I don't have anything negative to remark about this location.

Front of house staff were super nice and helpful. Ordered beef ribs and plate of 1/4 chicken dark and sliced brisket. Brisket and chicken were good, beef ribs were exceptional. Can't find 'em everywhere and would absolutely recommend to everyone.

Just stopped and had a great time here. I would say that the only thing better than the food are the people that work here. Mike, the general manager, is a great guy and genuinely cares about his customers. Feeling like some great food? Stop in and say hi, you will thank me later.

Hi service positive attitude friendliness is so important to me If you are hungry 😋 on a Friday or Saturday night expect 45 mins to hour wait times there food isn't good once it get cold Again in a Friday or Saturday night it's a 45 min to one hour wait time

We ordered the loaded baked potato with brisket, ribs, mac $ cheese, dirty rice and banana pudding and the only thing edible was dessert!! The potato was bland, ribs so dry and tough, the mac had zero flavor and the dirty rice was so crunchy I wonder if they forgot to put water in it!!

Rollin Smoke BBQ has the best barbecue I've ever had in my life. I have never had something so Juicy and Delicious in my life. The meat is so fresh and even better with all of the homemade barbecue sauces they provide you with. I am so glad that I got to go here and it was one of the best experiences ever! :-)

The best barbeque hands down and the friendliest and most welcoming crew of people you'll ever find. It's like picking up to go food from your family.

Ordered for delivery from home.... Ordered the rib combo plate with at least 8 ribs combined. Not a single BBQ sauce in the bag 😩 I could have Really used some barbecue sauce from a barbecue restaurant 😒 ribs were good, But I could have really use some barbecue sauce, I called in they asked me to pick some up.....there’s a reason why I ordered from home. Very disappointed with The potato and bacon salad, the potatoes weren’t cooked all the way. That really sucked, and I wasn’t going to go back and return it. I was starving, And by the way I never leave reviews this is probably my first but I’m just a little disappointment because I was looking forward to eat at this place. I was not able to enjoy this barbecue how it’s supposed to be enjoyed. I’ll give it another try but I’m gonna need my barbecue sauce and cooked potatoes please

What a wonderful Monday Special. 2 drinks, 5 meats, and 3 sides. You can't beat that. Staff was very friendly

First time here in the mood for some ribs drove all the way from the north end of town. It was worth the trip. Split a whole rack of baby backs with the wife and two sides, beans I love beans and collards. The sides were good the ribs were great smokey and tender really good flavor and they have like 6 extra dipping sauces to try if you want. I'm going back for sure. Lots of other stuff on the menu to try different ribs, brisket and they have some combo meals. So I shall return hopefully the other items are as good as the Ribs.

I got a classic pulled pork, the only sandwich fit to judge a bbq joint. It was decent. My first bite was delicious, but by the time I was 80% done with the sandwich I didn't really want to eat any more of it. As for the service, I had no issues whatsoever and the food came out a little faster than I was expecting.

The cooks aren't wearing masks. The counter help has returned to being quite ho hum in their attitude at the register. You can get good barbecue at a lot of places. Great service makes all the difference. I'll start going back to the original Rollin Smoke for that even if the drive is a little longer.

Brisket sandwiches come with chopped and shaved pieces of meat... For the amount they charge they SHOULD SERVE SLICED BRISKET INSTEAD...

Great barbecue place! Their brisket and pulled pork are delicious, and the staff is kind.Only minor complaint is that sometimes there is nowhere near enough cheese sauce in the mac n cheese. If they were more consistent with the sauce, this would easily be the best mac and cheese in Vegas.Despite this, I like coming here and I will definitely be back.

Lots of sauce options! Customer service was above and beyond anything I could have asked for. Food was prepared as ordered, and in a timely fashion. Good smoke ring! Made me a life customer.
